Hey Crosstown Kidz & Parents,

The days may be getting shorter but there’s no shortage of fun and excitement in our Crosstown Ministries! My excitement is still in overdrive as we experience the new happenings around BCN and throughout our department. Many of our offerings are already in place and going extremely well. I hope you join us each week to discover what God has in store for us and the direction in which He is leading us…together.

If you haven’t already done so, be sure to check out the latest remodels in the Kidz Gym. Our larger screens are being installed and our new sound system is amazing. Both technologies will enhance the kids’ worship experience and have us jumping, hopping, and praising God in fresh and fun ways.
There’s a chill in the air and it’s blowing in a slew of new outreach events. On Friday, October 31, we plan to see hundreds of new as well as familiar smiling faces during our Family Halloween Extravaganza. Activities include hay rides, bonfire, games, snacks, crafts, and, of course, gobs of candy and costumes. Everyone is welcome and we hope you’ll bring your friends and neighbors for this bridging event.

Ms. Dee and I have already visited several schools and enjoyed lunch with many students. It’s so fun to see everyone away from church and meet your friends and teachers. I also love to see what like to eat and how much fun you have at school. Click on the special events link on this site to find out when we’re coming to your school. If you don’t see your school listed, be sure to let me know and we’ll add it to our schedule. We don’t want to miss you.

The adventures continue during our awesome Adventure Nights for each grade. We are having a blast hanging out with you in the Kidz Café and sharing snacks and tons of laughs on Fridays from 4 – 6 PM.

Lastly, but certainly not least, our LifeGroups 4 Kidz is in full swing every Wednesday night from 6:30 – 8:00 PM. We have something for every age from birth – 5th grade. Come early with your family to grab dinner before heading off to your classroom. Our focus for fall is on “Faith.” Come learn from the Word of God and enjoy some cool projects and brand new games.
